While NBC films a young U.S. Marine having to make an instantaneous decision when an injured terrorist makes a move, their cameramen aren't there when:
Terrorists cooly strap a suicide vest onto a radical Muslim, kiss him or her on both cheeks, and watch as he walks into a restaurant with young couples in love, retired people having coffee, and families with babes in high chairs and blows them to bits.
Where is NBC when terrorists board planes and ram 350 screaming people into crowded buildings? Now that's really what needs to be seen around the world, because that explains everything else.
NBC - how about searching for that video footage that no doubt has been captured by security cameras from time to time, and shed light on the reasons these young men are risking their lives for you and your families?
And what the MSM won't remind us is that Kerry killed a Vietnamese guy in the back who as running away after being wounded by one of Kerry's fellow soldiers.

Right on!!! The reason NBC doesn't do that is because they are America haters and traitors to the USA!!! The American people better wake and get rid of these treason mongers!!!
Maybe the terrorists don't invite NBC to film when they strap bombs on people, or fly planes into buildings.

Somewhere I heard that the booby-traping of dead insurgents was a "new" tactic being used by the Muslims. What's new about it? The Japanese used this tactic in WWII, both with the dead and the wounded.
I don't blame the Marine for blowing away the wounded raghead. He could have been trying the commit the Muslim version of "hara-kiri."

Don't worry. It'll probably be a reality show next season. Remember the movie "Network"? There was a camera crew embedded with a terrorist organization as they blew things up. the show was called "The Mao tse Tung Hour". Who knew it would be so close the truth 30 years later?
After watching the video in question, and after understanding that a short distance away, the day before, one marine was killed and five injured by a booby-trapped terorist laying like this...I will not sit in judgement of this marine or suggest in the least that he should be prosecuted.
We are at war, these marines are learning the hard lessons former marines learned at places like Tarawa, Saipan, Iwo Jima, Okinawa, Chosin, Tet and other places. I would rather see a hundred such terrorists, who have been fighting from inside mosques, who have engaged in unspeakable atrocities and who are fighting our people to keep freedom and stability from coming to Iraq...I say I would rather see a hundred such...no, a thousand, ten thousand dealt with thusly than to sacrifice one life of our marines there.
Sorry if that sounds hard or somehow "incompassionate" to the ears of liberals, whiners, abettors or those who do not have the stomach for getting this job done...but that is how I feel, and I believe that is what is required.
We firebombed entire cities, German and Japnese, and then nuclear bombed two cities in Japan in World War II to break the will of those who supported the troops who fought against us then like these people are fighting against us now. It is that type of commitment and stomach that it is going to take to ultimately and fully defeat these animals...as horrific as it is, best get it done sooner rather than later. Just envision the specter of hundreds of innocent Americans jumping from those WTC toweres and thousands dieing there in NYC, the Pentgon and that field in PA...that will help keep us focused on the unpleasant, but entirely necessary task at hand.

love the logic here. why not start using marines as suicide bombers? where would you draw the line on what is acceptable in combat and what is not?
Additionally Jeff Head, the alternate headline gets no airtime in the MSM.
It's not a new idea. As you said, the Japanese did it in WWII. Hollywood even did it in Red Dawn (one of the American resistance fighters booby-traps herself after being mortally wounded).
