However, I am a little worried that your lawyer is charging you so much money. I had a similar case years ago, and they usually end in plea-bargin between defense & state's attorney. STET (?) Docket.
Plus, this guy has a criminal past and aggressive campaign tactics. I don't see how a judge would rule in his favor. However, we know how the law works in this country, sometimes, for the little guy. Good luck.
