I have a couple of questions, if you have a minute. Obviously, this guy is a professional troublemaker, so the police (and courts) must be familiar with his tactics. Was there a police report? Does he claim he was injured, and does he have a hospital or doctor's report to back it up? You said the discovery's over, so I assume you took his depo. How did that go; did he just baldface lie under oath about your choking him? I hope you don't mind my asking - this is an interesting case.

Are you counter suing him for a frivolous law suit, slander and expenses? Sue him for as much as possible and he may back off. In any event he should be held accountable. Will try to send you a check as soon as possible. God bless and be of good courage. Prayers are going up too.
