He's got my support. This is literally in the heat of battle. People get killed all the time. That's war. He didn't go into a prisoner's compound, drag him outside and execute him. If we tie the hands of our brave warriors we are undercutting their effectiveness and putting their lives at risk. Why did NBC run this tape now? Are they absolutely committed to US failure in Iraq?

He's got my support too. It's obvious there's considerably more to this story than we're being told by the mass media. They're just drooling for a war crimes story, to further the Next Vietnam propaganda. The marine is innocent until proven guilty in my book, period, and that HEAVILY includes extenuating circumstances.
