They can obtain official visas from a number of countries. They have training camps and the latest electronic communication devices.
Impoverished Mexicans trying to sneak across the border to take dirty menial low paying jobs have no choice but to walk for days across the desert carrying a gallon of water. Hundreds die each year just from the elements. Most (IMO) get caught or turned back.
Our Southern border is already pretty secure from terrorists dragging nuclear weapons across the desert.
