I believe there is or was earlier this afternoon the film on Drudge.

What I saw was a soldier finish off an "insurgent" who evidently was shot by the Military in the aftermath of a huge fire fight.

This is a War and our Troops have been blown up by enough of these scumbags who claim to be civilians just to regroup and kill our Troops first opportunity.

as it is, we are losing marines because we aren't blowing up buildings - our men are entering them, and they are booby trapped.

Take another look; the shot was not aimed and was random, and he said of the insurgent they were looking for, "he's gone". He didn't say "he's dead". The shot he fired was not aimed and appeared to be just was to cover himself as he stuck his head over the wall to look. I don't believe that Marines or soldiers, in heat of heavy combat, say of a killed enemy "he's gone". They would say "he's dead".

Then you have better eyesight than anyone. I did not see what the Marine shot. All I saw was the Marine shoot his weapon, I did not see who or what he shot.
