To: Luis Gonzalez

Looking at the states where the referendums were prominent and the turnout and the resulting Bush numbers as compqared to 2000 numbers (that 60 million plus is something pundits are scrambling to explain to the democrap party) ... well, suffice it to say I think Kerry would have been elected had the issue not been prominent on selected ballots because I believe it drove turnout for Republicans.
