Goood evening Canteeners!!
Good evening Troops!
BRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
mr.B and I went to the Christening of the Bainbridge today!
We dressed warmly (but both forgot our gloves)...
The wind off the Kennenbec River was BRUTAL...
I thought we'd freeze to death...
It was a wondeful ceremony though..
and the reception afterward featured all kinds of lovely things to eat, including a steamship of beef...
and wonderful, hot and hearty clam chowdah!
I'll post some pictures for you shortly...
Hugs all around!
Ms.B

BUT! I'm glad to hear that you had a good time. And my idea for (hehe) White Socks paid off.

Mmmm....clam chowdah! Glad you dressed for it; it must have been a blast! Warming up now?

Do you have snow? We got 5-6" last night.
