I drove to a town in Maine that was almost in New Hampshire!
Lucretia behaved beautifully, but her heater still isn't quite up to par...
Good thing I brought my gloves and stuff...
Pretty good drive, (sticks) today, Ma..
Left for the drive at 11 am...
got home at 11pm....

So! Today I left to go to the bank. We live in a nice quiet neighborhood, nothing bad happens here.

I pull out of the driveway, and there a few houses up are two squad cars. One at the side of the road, one in the middle of the street.

The one at the side, the driver, had his trunk open and was putting something in, I think a shotgun. As I drive by, inconspicuously gawking, I notice that there's 4 cops in EACH car.

Hmmmmm.....Nothing happened on this street...wonder WHAT the heck they were up to! You NEVER see four sitting in each car...Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........
