I think that there was discussion yesterday on Court TV that Geragos was in LA today for a perliminary hearing and wouldn't be in Redwood City if the verdict came in. I guess that the Peterson's weren't paying him enough. They probably don't have anything left to mortgage.
Maybe Geragos knew he was guilty and knew what the verdict would be, and left the piece of garbage to face the music alone.
