Peterson wasn't even remotely upset at the loss of his wife and soon to arrive son.Not to mention he had never fished there before that day. thanks for you sympathies. my point was that the shuffling of jurors is an obvious toehold for a lawyer to lay hold of. If you scan the thread, you'll see several other similar assertions.

I doubt it. They still follow the trial, they just didn't have any input. They are suppose to be able to slide in as needed. Seems to have worked.

I don't think he did it. The guy was a serial philanderer with a wife who accepted his peccadilloes. There's also the fact that he told the police the dead-on truth abouth his where-abouts right from the start and they did not believe him.
Killers just don't act the way this guy did, especially since he was such an accomplished liar.
His previous behavior does not jibe with this at all. And I mean if you assume he was the killer, then why did he tell the police that he was at the Berkeley Marina where the body was allegedly dumped?
If he'd been the killer and the liar he is all he had to do was shut his mouth and the police would have never known he'd been in Berkeley.
