The affiliate here in Boston cancelled "Ryan" too. I don't know what they put on instead, because I will never watch them again. I watched the Halls of Montezuma on cable, instead. Marines on Saipan, decent movie.

Do you really blame the Boston affiliate for not choosing to show Saving Private Ryan? We campaign long and hard to get rid of indecency on prime time television. Some affiliates agree to not show this because they are worried that the violence and language would offend some people, and now you're pissed off about that???
