An ill advised but ultimately harmless lesson that showed students that they are not moving through the world unobserved?

The guy should have been charged with a felony terroristic threats and contributing to the deliquency of minors. Also, you cannot advocate the overthrough of the US government it is against the law.

Nonsense. His instructions were that no one send the message. His stated intention was to show the kids that their world is under a wide lens scope. That is true and something that I tell my own kids.

Sometimes you can't even spell the overthrough of the US government. But, that aside, where does it say that he did this? If it doesn't then your comment is 100% without revelence.

I think it is illegal to advocate the "violent overthrow" or use force. I think it is perfectly legal to advocate the "peaceful overthrow", since that is what an election is...
