I think I'll send my Dad flowers

He was touched when I called to thank him a few Veteran's Days back and he had some kid thank him out of the blue which almost made him cry.

It means a lot.

Thanks for posting.

I VOW to the 58,000 + names on
The Viet Nam Wall who never came home

"I will do everything I LEGALLY can
to expose Hanoi Kerry once and for all."

MSM still refuses to tell the real story about Hanoi Kerry!

ABC, AP, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, NY Times
is part of THE cover up of the election.

Do you wonder why the Left whines about the election results?

They still think Hanoi Kerry is a "war hero"

They don't know what a traitor he is!

And I don't know about you but
I'm sick and tired of the Right media saying
"what an honorable man Senator Kerry is"

Why isn't the Right all over Hanoi Kerry
to be impeached from the US Senate?

"In a bombshell development that could have turned President Bush's victory into a landslide
had it come out before the election, John Kerry wrote in his Vietnam war diary that
he met with "terrorists" in Paris - a revelation that "flabbergasted" his running mate John Edwards."

http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/11/7/101350.shtml

And still the MSM,
ABC, AP, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, NY Times
hide the truth from America.

And still 99 US Senators refuse to impeach this traitor.

This hits home in my heart harder than I can say. My brother was on point in the infantry in Vietnam. He's still alive, but we can't reach him.

I just had an idea. I'd like to make a big sign that says "Thank you Veterans!" on it and stand on an overpass or something on Thursday morning. Does anyone know how to make those big signs that you can print on multiple pages? I downloaded a Sore Loserman one in 2000, and it was great.

The greatest gift we could give them is to assist those who fought with them to change the present despicable Communist and corrupt crony capitalism regime regime in Hanoi and vindicate their sacrifice by establishing, finally, that which they were fighting for.

The Good Lord always remembers acts of selfless service. They will not be forgotten on that most important day, the day of Judgment, when their works do follow them.

My latest bumper sticker, replacing an anti-Kerry sticker: You can make your own like this, at MakeStickers.com. The background template is under STICKER TEMPLATES: Political Themes: Armed Forces Bumper stickers. For this one, I used Arial Bold font, Royal Blue color.

This hits home with me. My father wanted to fight in the Vietnam war and even tried to slide his handicap past the medical examiners, but was found unable due to severe handicapping arthritis in his back, hip and leg, a locked hip joint from an accident. In his place, his brother went to serve after which my grandfather was killed in an auto accident. My uncle was allowed to return home as he was the only son left to take care of the family since my dad had been labeled as handicapped, which was worse than death at that time. My dad did manage to make a happy life with his high-school sweet heart and have three children. I think he feels cheated by life because he wasn't able to serve his country and I see him, when ever he gets a chance to thank a veteran of any conflict or war. He thanks them for their service and for their courage. Sometimes he prays with them or just says simply "God Bless You". I would like to thank my father for showing me strength, and I would like to take this time to thank all veterans of any war for giving me the write to sit her today and (even though I won't)bash the military. I however have too much respect and honor for our military men and women who give of themselves and are separated from their families by miles and war and communication problems.

What I really want to say to all these people who have given so unselfishly of themselves, is thank you. Thank you for giving us a reason for getting up in the morning and looking out at the sky and knowing that we are safe and we have men and women just like you out there right now making sure that we can sleep in our beds without the fear of an air strike or having to hide from bombs That our kids are being taken care of here because they are doing their jobs there. I know many of these men and women who are in my husband's unit. I have met them, talked with them, cooked Gumbo for them and watched them as they left for this war. I hope to see everyone of them come home. I can't imagine how it feels to loose someone. There have been injuries, but Got has protected them and kept them down to small numbers and non-life-threatening injuries.

Again, Thank you for serving. Thank you for being there when not many would have. Thank you for your courage, even those times that you did get scared, you persevered. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. May God Bless you and strengthen you and build you up.

My sincerest gratitude.

Wendy

Thank you very much!
I really mean that, but while you are at it, please extend this thank you to those other Forgotten Vietnam Veterans. By this I mean the thousands of South Vietnamese Veterans that now live here in our country. They fought along side of us, they died along side of us. Often they saved our lives just as we did theirs. They are proud, but they are very quite. They lost their country, family members, and way of life. They are thankful to be here assimilated into our culture the great melting pot. But they are even more forgotten than we American Veterans. Please include them in your thank you's and yours prayers.

I emailed this to the author:

Dear Debbie,
Thanks for the great article you wrote regarding Vietnam veterans in GOPUSA.com. Someone posted it on Freerepublic.com, my favorite Conservative News forum.

Your commentary brought tears to my eyes. I am glad you were able to watch 'Stolen Honor' before the election. I did everything I could to spread the word about it. I attended a public showing of it in Orlando, Florida at the Lake Eola Band shell six days before the election. I was fortunate to attend a private reception afterward for the POWs and Swiftee attendees. It was an evening I shall never forget. I got to meet these brave men who valiantly served in Vietnam and exposed Kerry for the fraud he attempted to portray on the American electorate, as well as those that endured years of captivity and abuse and torture and never succumbed to their captors demands, but were forced to listen to the voice of a man who betrayed all of us, who had worn the same uniform. That man was defeated in his attempt to ascend to Commander-In-Chief by George W. Bush, with the support of millions of veterans.

I worked very hard for President Bush's reelection, and I fought even harder for Kerry's exposure and defeat. I knew immediately that the one group who could do the most damage to Kerry was the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, and I worked feverishly to support them. The leftist media did a great job of convincing the public and especially the rank-in-file Republicans that it would be illegal to have any connection with the Swiftees, which was totally incorrect. The Swiftees were attacked at every turn by the Democrat surrogate minions in the liberal media. The Bush-Cheney campaign was prohibited from coordinating with any '527' group, but rank-in-file members had no such restriction. Many Republicans had a great opportunity to meet and appreciate these brave men who once again answered the call to serve their nation, but stayed away out of erroneous fear of hurting the campaign.

I hope now that every Republican can take this opportunity of Veterans' Day to reach out to all Vietnam veterans and publicly thank them for their service to our country in Vietnam as well as their efforts to expose and defeat our betrayer, John Kerry.

Semper Fidelis,
Name
USMC (retired)
Orange Park, Florida
