Like "Adams" or "Roosevelt" I'm not sure anyone with the name "Bush" should be running for office of US President anytime in the next 100 years.

How is Jeb a RINO? He defended Terry Schiavo, the ban of gay adoptions, balanced the budget without raising taxes, etc.

Perfection may not be attainable. Remember, the choice will likely be Hillary against some center right or even somewhat moderate Republican I would prefer any of your RINOS to Hillary. Although I think Jeb Bush is wildly unrealistic – that dynasty thing.

I realize it is frustrating not to see people who you feel support your values, but the alternative to wining is loosing. Withholding your vote – the political equivalent of holding your breath until you turn blue (as in blue state) – dose nothing but help the other side.
