When they do find the records the questions will be
1) Will the Senate impeach him?
2) Will the media ever tell the rest of America?
The Senate will not impeach him. There is an unwritten rule in Congress that hey pretty much ignore each other's criminal actions. As for the media, outside of Fox, the Internet, and a few conservative papers, it will never be mentioned.
However, if it can be proven that Kerry participated in insurrection or given aid and comfort to the enemies of the US (which can be proven, of course), he can be disqualified from keeping his office. The problem remains of finding a court that will enforce the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.
