Kerry already conceded. this is probably old info, and they just haven't brought the website down yet.
This is consistent with the theory that the reason Kerry
backed off on challenging the Bush win was that the
Clintons instructed the DNC to make no DNC funds available
for paying the army of lawyers.
If they intend to do anything, they'll need to get
Teresa, Soros, or an army of idiots to pay for it.
Oh please, Even SKerry was smart enough to concede. Listen up Libs, Your hero even knows when it's time to throw in the towel.
I hope so.
The president also raised funds for a possible recount, to which I made a small donation.
They're done, I just don't think someone has seen fit to get that stuff off the site.
Was this posted on the website before or after the election?
I don't think that concession was binding.
I wouldn't be surprised if they fight.
Remember - even in Kerry's concession speech, he stated that EVERY vote would be counted.....even the provisionals....
If, and this is a big if, after all the counting and recounting if any the vote totals change, then the final count is what is certified by the states. The vote wasn't for president, but for presidential electors. Since this is a state certification, then the electors for the party that won a state are the ones that vote for the office in the Electoral Collage. You can bet that the democratic electors will vote for Kerry if they win a state...right now, I don't think any state's returns are "official". So, it is possible for thing to change, albeit unlikely.
If concession was binding, why waste time and money on continiuing to count? Absentees and provisionals could be projected unless it was close.
I think George Bush will be inaguated, but until everything is certified for him, don't think that the Democrats are through gaming every angle.
