GM tractor trailers advertise "made in pardnership with UAW". The United Auto Workers has achieved power over the company that will destroy them both.
When you buy a Chevrolet you pay a union auto worker who sends his money to the union who gives it to the Democratic Nastional Committee.
The best thing W and the new senate could do for GM and for America would be to tax union dues as income to the union. There is no difference between a union and a staffing service. The services pay tax on income and the unions should likewise.
In principle I support this, but what's to prevent unions from hiking their dues to make up the dfference?
