Which Fox News anchors/reporters/pundits/hosts do you think are really, sincerely right-leaning? (VANITY)

We probably all prefer Fox News over CNN, CNBC, the network news shows, etc.

But I was wandering as I was watching the election night coverage and Brit Hume seemed so giddy with excitement when Bush started to pull away - what are the true political leanings of the Fox News staff?

My take:

Bill O'Reilly - Basically a slightly left-leaning Libertarian redeemed by a belief in a vigorous American foreign policy and a sneering content for the MSM

Brit Hume - love the guy....with us 100%, I believe...I LOVED the way he interacted in such an over-the-top way with Susan Estritch on election night basically wiping her face with Kerry's loss....

Fred Barnes - same as Brit, 'red' to the core....but fair and honest in his analysis..

Shep Smith - seems to also take glee in Democratic pain but not so sure....his very patriotic stances make me think he's one of us, though...

Sean Hannity - no issues with Sean....

Morton Kondracke - middle of the road leftie but fair....

Greta Van Susteren - big time left winger if I had to guess...

Juan Williams - leftie....no doubt about it....

What do you all think???

Shep Smith - Puzzleing - Not really wild about the guy but just recently I feel he unvieled his true colors. As the President was coming to the podium to speak after the election Shep said "...and here is the President now. I can GUARANTEE you to make a speech he never thought he would be making!" Whoa, I thought...guarantee??? Me thinks you must have been under some kind of Democrat illusion. I suspect he is one of the token lefties hired to maintain the "fair and balanced" premise but just not shove it down our throats.

I wonder about Dari Alexander...she certainly is one of the prettiest women on TV that passes for "black" in my humble opinion.

Even with glasses on now and the lightened hair.

O'Butthead was a traitor over the Swifties....he needs to be kicked out the door rolling and someone like Laura Ingram brought on.

I think Hume and Gibson are the best.

You should be horsewhipped for failing to put Dr.Kraughthammer at the top of the list.

Brit Hume, Fred Barnes, Neil Cavuto, Sean Hannity, John Gibson, Tony Snow, Charles Krauthammer, Bill Kristol (pains me to say that, but the criteria is "leaning"); Linda Vester, Heather Neuert... are there other women?

I like Mort better than Fred. Somewhere along the line they switched from having Fred start the conversations to having Mort go first. I think it was a wise move and shows I am not the only one who thinks he does a better job. He may be a middle of the road leftie but I'll wager he voted for Bush.

"Bill O'Reilly - Basically a slightly left-leaning Libertarian redeemed by a belief in a vigorous American foreign policy and a sneering content for the MSM"

Bill is a Billitarian, a Billocrat, a Billpublican, a Billolist. Bill's ideology is Bill. In his mind John Kerry lost because Kerry wouldn't give him an interview. Seriously, the guy laughs at his own jokes. He asks his guests for validation "am I right? I'm right aren't I." And then at the end of the show he pimps his own merchandise and subscription web site. Sure, its for charity, but this guy allegedly just paid out a X million dollar law suit. He can afford to make donations with his own scratch, and not hit up his viewers to make him look generous.

I would not care if she was a full fledged card carrying commie.

I would do her in front of my mother. (If I was not married of course)

It was reported that 85% of the campaign donations by Fox personalities were given to Kerry. So apparently they keep their liberal biases in pretty good check to accommodate their audience. I'd like to see that listing myself. And of course, SeeBS and NBC gave 100% to Kerry.

Good afternoon.

When he is in some wild, dangerous place with a goofy grin on his face I like Jerry Rivers and can overlook his lefty stance. When he is home talking about wife killers and politicians I find him irritating.

While not at Fox News, I would have to say that Paul Harvey is probably the best example of a conservative in the broadcast news business.

Know of any better example?

I agree with all your choices. I think Cavuto is Conservative and so is John Gibson.
