Evan Bayh would be a great choice for the RATs. Would they nominate a pro-lifer though?

Evan Bayh will be the next President in '08, IMHO... If we select Rudy or McCain, bayh would run to the RIGHT of both of these guys... We MUST find someone to knock this guy off. He's be far more difficult to defeat than Hillary or anyone else.

I would disagree with Bayh on many domestic issues, but he would at least be a credible Commander in Chief unlike JFnK or Hillary. That alone makes him a tough opponent.

He will have a tough time winning the RAT primary though. He is too far right on abortion and guns, and he is not exactly a dynamic personality.
