Only if we don't count Nader's votes that Bush can reach 52% and Kerry 47%. So, to reach that spread, at the end of the votes count, Bush has to add about 400 thousands (equals to Nader's) votes.

wont change the percentage points, i still come up with Bush at 51.28% adding 400,000 to his total.
