28% of Democrats apparently think that Kerry won the election.
He's claiming that there's some racist conspiracy because they're only going to count the "valid" provisional ballots, and of course, all the "invalid" ballots were cast by blacks voting for Kerry.
Now he's going on about how the exit polls were accurate, but the actual ballots are not.
Someone should alert the loser that there were NOT 250000 prov ballots.
It's hard to figure, but his point seems to be that if you were going to cast a provisional ballot, the republicans should have just arrested you in the first place.
BTW, Al Gore won in Florida by 40,000 to 90,000 votes.
I want to know how they can find ballots in a dumpster and determine that they were ballots of black people.
