That post and list is going into my reference file for future use. One question. Isn't that list a bit outdated? as to incomplete? These seem to be the "high" profile actions of the SMs*. Some Mass murders in Asia and Africa and the Indonesian archipelago seem to be absent.

You missed the Russia apartment bombings and underpass in 1999, the Veterans Parade bombing in 2000, the military hospital bombing in 2002, the train bombings in 2001 & 2002, the municipal building bombing in Grozny in 2002, the metro train bombing 2004, the 2 airplane bombings 2004, metro entrance bombing 2004, Belsan hostage and masscre 2004.

That's just Russia. There was a gas hand grenade thrown in Sofia Bulgaria, there were numerous attacks in Yugoslavia, Ethiopia, India (Kashmir), Nigeria.
