Pat Buchanan apologizes for not cutting off Lawrence O'donell anti-Swift Vet Tirade
...has anyone seen Lawrence lately?...the MSNBC "SERIOUS POLITICAL ANALYST!"
Let's keep Pat Buchanan as far away from the microphone and as far away from the Republican party as possible. He is a bigot who would cost the Republicans the most important group (still in play) out there: Hispanics. Last night, at the zenith of Republican success, he was bemoaning how the Republican party has such a smaller percentage of whites compared to before. I couldn't believe my ears!
Lawrence O'Donell was like a mad dog. It was Buchanan's job to control that animal but he didn't have the balls to do it. Pat's finished in my book.
He is on Scarborough tonight. Maybe he will apologize there. Ann Coulter is on the show tonight, too.
I'm still not letting Buchana 'come back to the fold.'
Larry O'Donnell = Creepy Liar
Creepy Liar = Larry O'Donnell
Havent seen her either. Im sure shell pop up somewhere soon. But she was so smug on election day that Lurch was going to win, she probably feels like an idiot now and prefers to hide for awhile. Cant say I blame her!
What did Pat say on tonight's show?
Buchanan would have preferred to see Kerry win, because Bush has been an expansionist and pro-Israel. Were we to adhere to Buchanan's preferences, we would build a wall around the continental USA and turn the phones off. This view might have held sway in 1875.
On Scarborough he said Bush 41 would have won re-election if he had hit the cultural issues hard. He had advised him to do so at the time.
Well, if there's one thing Pat Buchanan knows, it's how to win.
As snotty as Susan was that night to Britt and Bill Kristol, she should be a big girl and apologize to them, and not one of those 'if I offended you or any of the viewers' crapola...
Funny. I am no fan of his, but I guess he did win New Hampshire. They are having a discussion on the Faith Factor and Bush 43 was being compared to Buchanan in terms of the culture wars.
I was laughing with a friend over the Ostrich moment. It was priceless and I hope Sean saves it and plays it over and over. President Bush was about 130,000 votes ahead in Ohio, but there was still a respectable percentage of votes left to count. Ostrich was being smug and smarmy and squirming and wiggling with glee, saying something to the effect that she talked to people in the Kerry Campaign, and they assured her that the vote lead would be overcome. It was one of the great moments of the election, and I will always treasure the memory. And what made it so precious was later when Brit Hume called Ohio for President Bush!
Pat encouraged Kerry to delay conceding????? I am glad if Pat Buchanan apologized for not cutting off ODonell's mike, but I am also glad that he didn't so that everyone could see the maniacal nature of the opposition. I admire O'Neil more than I can express. He had a legitimate issue that was heartfelt for him. It had nothing to do with politics other than his and the other vets inability to sit by and allow this country to elect someone, during a time of war, who had coldly and deliberately done so much damage to our vets.
I liked the Ann Coulter comment about John Kerry professing his faith by saying he had been an altar boy. I think she said he better be careful because there may be some Altar Boys For Truth out there.
LOLOL, The Dems thought they did GET IT... didnt you hear all the altar boy stuff??? The only problem was, not only did Kerry NOT sound credible to anyone with a brain... it just so happens we are NOT the dummies the dems and MSM think we are. And on top of that, NONE of liberals believed Kerry either, and WE knew it!
LOL again... my sweetie WAS an altar boy and he was all set to start up an Altar Boy for Truth!
