I looked through the replies to see if anyone estimated the billions of dollars worth of free advertising by the MSM. Sure, the documentgate and CaCaGate backfired and had to have cost Kerry votes and driven fed up conservatives leaners to the polls, but imagine if they had be fare in their treatment of Kerry and Bush?

Imagine if they looked into the Swiftboat accusations and demaded the Form 180 like they examined Bush and the National guard?

this is a half of a billion dollars that could have gone to feed the poor, provide health care to those who don't have it, providing health care to a non-working partner in a gay relationship....

good fundraising, lousy stewardship of their cause....

lets take what they said on fox and friends at face value of $400,000,000. i didnt count them all up on that sheet but it looks close to that. you then add in the $503,514,077 that the democrat candidates spent on defeating bush...

That gives a grand total of $903,514,077 the democrats spent to beat bush.

They gained 1 state and lost 2. the one state they gained (NH) had 4 electoral votes and the two states they lost (IA and NM) had 7 and 5 electoral votes respectively. all that money spent and they lost 8 electoral votes!!!!
