Gray counties have not yet submitted reports from 100% of their precincts as of yesterday and Alaska is gray, because they are not reporting election data by county.

Someone ping me when all the gray is gone. It'll look really impressive then. Thanks

With all of the red counties in California, it's pitiful that a few over-populated blue counties are allowed to speak for us. The blue parts are the ones that will slide into the ocean after the "BIG ONE". So no sweat, just stay in the red zones and enjoy your new beachfront property.

It is indeed. Every county in Oklahoma voted for Bush.
Good afternoon, David. How's it going?

"When and how did this absurd color scheme become accepted by conservative Americans??? Does RED not stand for Communism??? The colors on this map should be reversed !!!"
I think it was the reverse at one time - probably Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw changed it.

Here is the 2004 County x County Map:
Notice how the front range of Colorado filled in for Kerry. This is what happens when hordes of liberals migrate from Kalifornia.

I remember when there were no Republicans elected in local or state politics..When the primaries were over, the dem candidate was assured of election(Yes I AM that old)
I voted for Eisenhower in my first Presidential election and helped elect the first Republican County Commissioner in Dallas County...It has been a long road..My mother voted for Reagan, her first Republican vote..I know about yellow dog democrats..Now we have broken glass Republicans!

The southern tip of Texas got dipped in blue paint somehow :\ That little speck in central Tx., is Travis. I live in NW Travis, but my area is mostly Republican. Travis was one of the few counties in Tx. voting for the LOSER!

Republicans who would crawl over broken glass to vote Republican and dems who would rather vote for a yellow dog than a Republican.

As a Republician, you could go from sea to shining sea without being forced to travel through a Democrat county.
The Democrat can't do the same thing - they have to be "tourists" in Bush country!!
