ARAFAT DEAD!
Jeez, I guess that stuff about the power of voting is true!
If I knew voting well had such good effect on "collateral targets",
I wouldn't have missed a couple of elections in my twenties!

Thu Nov 4, 2004 11:32 AM ET JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Palestinian President Yasser Arafat was determined to be clinically dead on Thursday in a French hospital, Israel's Channel Two television said citing French sources.
But Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qurie denied the report, saying: "I have just spoken to the officials in Paris and they say the situation is still as it was. He is still in the intensive care unit."

Good news indeed.
I wonder what next then as far as PLO leadership goes. Will be interesting to see what transpires.

I call for a burial at sea. Put him in a wheelchair and push it off the deck of ship out at sea. Cremate him, mix his ashes with pig fat and cement, and send him to sleep with the fishes.
