Personally, after seeing Specter BORK Sessions when he was up for a judicial nomination, I'd like to add to the Schaudenfraude fest by putting Sessions in Specter's place as the judiciary committee chairman.

Rush just said Specter's office is right now transcribing his statement and that Specter's so called "warning" to the President may be another media ploy. Specter will speak to issue as soon as transcript is finished. Glad to see Rush on this - as was Neal Boortz. WE ARE NOT ALONE!
