Whither Wisconsin? (I Don't Understand)
Nov 3, 2004

It looks like the President and Kerry are about 11,000 votes apart, 1,477,122 (49.4%) to 1,488,935 (49.8%), with 100% reporting. That's 11,000 out of nearly 3 million. Why is this state given to Kerry?

I appreciate your concern but it is less important than last time because of Bush's vote margin of 3.5 Million plus 4 Senate seats.

It could have very well have turned out to be a crushing electoral win for Bush. If he had taken Michigan or Pennsylvania, the total would have been over 300. Just imagine if Bush had gotten 70 thousand less votes and Kerry had gotten 70 thousand more votes in Ohio and won. That means he (Kerry) would have won the election based on electoral votes despite being 3 million votes behind in the popular vote. Kerry was lucky to have come as close electoral vote-wise as he did.

"Anyone notice the large impact Pretty Boy Johnny had on NC. In 2000, it was

Bush 56%, Gore 43%

With Pretty Boy on the ticket in 2004,

Bush 56%, Kerry 43%"

But . . . but . . . North Carolina is a *swing* state. Zogby's very reliable Internet polls even had Kerry up for a while, and Zogby is *never* wrong.

God I hate the mainstream media.

It's called voter fraud. in Wisconsin you do not have to show an id or sign in to vote. You just show up and tell them your name and address and they hand you a ballot.

Biggest crock of $%^& I have ever seen in my life.

The WI Republican Party really needs to demand a recount if it's not automatic because there was a lot of cheating by the Dems there in 2000.

I have heard that Scott Walker will run against Doyle in 06. I hope so.

Do you know if we got an override majority in the State legislature? 3rd District sent Kapanke and Nerison, so we at least did our part.

I think that there was organized university fraud throughout the state, not just Madistan and Milwaukee. If we get a National Federal Election Law requiring ID, that will be over with. A GOP dominated legislature can force it in WI over Doyle's objection.

That may be the plan. I have no information, but I would support Tommy against the Senator from Jackson Hole.

One thing that puzzles me...why do we wait for MSM to call the states? Who gave them the power to call the states? Why can't we call the states ourselves? I called Ohio for Bush at 9PM last night! I beat Dan Rather and Brit Hume by hours!

As for Iowa, I called that for Bush about 1 this morning.
