GUILIANI and RICE in 2008

That ticket looks good on paper but is a certain loser for Republicans. Pro-gay and pro-abortion? What percentage of the conservative base do you think a Republican ticket can afford to lose an still be viable? I reckon that this ticket would turn off about 40%.

Rudy is not for gay marriage, he is for civil unions - essentially the same position as GWB. and that's OK with me, some elements of civil unions do not equate to gay marriage. if two gays want estate rights, medical proxies, etc - its certainly not enough to elect Hillary over.
