Honestly, what does he plan on doing? Why would he drag this out? It is clear that Bush won. This makes me so nervous Kerry's team of lawyer hacks is working behind the scenes to concoct some false accusations/story. Why can he not do the right thing and concede?

Except, of course, for military votes in Pennsylvania...

How lawyerly of ex-Senator Edwards. I never thought I could say this, but Gore appears to have more class than Kerry -- and that's saying something.

Just enjoy their spasms. No need to be nervous. It's not close. Their cheating didn't and won't work in this election.

If Kerry can get about 195% of the provisional votes he may just have it (always keep your eye on cheaters). /sarc

Notice the word "fight." They are always fighting something or someone. Politics is analogous to war for them. No wonder we cannot find common ground.

"I know we've been waiting four years for this"
This is part of the statement by Edwards .
Reflects the revenge the Demorats expected to get,-their hatred is unforgiving.
George Bush ought not turn the other cheek to these people......

Edwards ought to get a job like us working men. Once he does, the "D" behind his name will change to an "R."
To: AuburnJenn
Note to Edwards, you have lost Ohio and the popular vote. Soon Iowa, Nevada and New Mexico will all be called for the President.
Understanding that you're a lawyer and will not be able to make sense of what I'm about to say I will say it anyway in the hopes that it gets through your hairspray coated ears.
Have some class and respect the votes of the people. Concede or be looked at as a bitter loser for the rest of your days.

Dems: Accept the will of the American people. Stop trying to steal this thing.

The vast majority of states are red, Bush won 270+ EVs, Bush won by over 3.8 million US votes, the GOP Senate majority has increased, the Dem Senate minority leader is toast, the number of GOP Governors has increased, the GOP House majority has increased and the Dems are still claiming victory.
The whistle has blown, the crowd is leaving the stadium, the winners are celebrating and the losers are asking for an instant replay.

Now when Kerry concedes, the rats will say "what about counting every vote?" What a maroon...

Frankly, he and Kerry really do need to do this. They made a tent peg of their entire campaign -- on how Repubs were suppressing, oppressing, and denying votes. And so, to close out their campaign, frankly, it is, um, in keeping with their campaign theme -- their thrust to ensure "every vote" counts. Two cents.
