I wish they could do something about this fat slob- I saw a little news feature yesterday about celebrities and how they would fare in the political arena - they referred to Michael Moore as " a common man of the people" -' Self proclaimed "man of the people"- why is it always some rich fat slob( Teddy Kennedy,Dodd, Jesse Jackson etc) that live in opulence, lie their butts off, and have media back them up as "for the people"!!!!!!!!Arggghhh!Barf!

I would not be surprised if Moore claims the vote went smoothly because he was there. Thank God he is here to protect us.(gag)

I'm always amazed by the amount of love Michael Moore gets from the Dems since in 2000 he was campaigning for Nader.

dittos newz - I saw bajillionaire Bruce Springsteen here in Cleveland Monday night pretending to be Woody Guthrie as he introduced bajillionaire John Kerry as champion "of the people".

In case anyone is interested, The Boss was playing a black cut-away Takamine. Evidently, those homegrown Gibsons and Martins are just not good enough or are otherwise inappropriate to play out when you're trying to put a "global" spin on a performance. The Takamine sounded like complete and utter bullsh*t - thin and buzzy with some goofy electric-ee fake 'sustain'. The Boss read his lyrics and changes from a music stand.

Still, The Boss is The Boss is The Boss....(and Nebraska and Tom Joad are great albums)

That fat bastard made a killing off the stupid left and the universities run by them. Any public institution who spent tax dollars to bring this nut to their campus ought to be sued by the taxpayers of the state...or at least have their budgets cut by exactly the amount they paid him for his disgusting propaganda. And I heard this morning that the youth vote was about 17%...exactly what it was in 2000...because so many more adults turned out to counteract their mindless votes. Take that MM, Rock the Vote, Springsteen, and rappers. You just mobilized the apathetic adults to get off their duffs and vote.

He was fretting and fretting.

I thought Takamine was a pretty good guitar. Shame to see any kind of instrument put to such poor use.

By the way, I just started playing, and wondered who had the easiest fret board? My fingers have about the same girth as radiator hose.

Just wondering if Jabba the Moore left a slime trail as he oozed away? I hear that he glides on a layer of perspiration and hamburger grease.
