ARTICLE SNIPPET: "A Hart Chinese restaurant owner faces felony charges for allegedly trying to bribe state officials to help obtain driver's licenses for his illegal immigrant employees.

Hong Yuan Li, 22, owner of China Wok restaurant, was arraigned Wednesday in Oceana County District Court. Hong faces two charges: trying to corrupt an examining officer and submitting false certification to apply for a driver's license."
