I should also add that we cannot or should not believe everything we read in a newspaper. Sometimes anyway. ;)

Afterall, I can ask a reporter to protect me as a source by reporting that my name is Debra even though it is Donna. I can also arrange to move into an old spare office at my sister-in-law's flat for a day. Cell phones not linked to any particular address except for a billing address help such an arrangement.

I am not saying this is true in this case, all I am saying is that reporters protect their sources and a terrorist hunter must protect his/her personage. In rare cases, covers must be blown and are revealed -- supposedly we saw this happen earlier this year in Montana.

Yet Aaron at Internet Haganah and many others appear to use real IDs. They are all brave.

This juhadi hunting is still relatively new for the amateur (read: all but spy agencies' counterterrorism wings and law enforcement) anyway.

Only time and history will tell how much Mr. Weisburd and others like him, Mr. Emrson, Mr. Doyle, Mr. Reynalds, et al are appreciated.
