No, there is also RED Kryptonite which makes the man of steel mutate. I THINK, IIRC there is also yellow Kryptonite, too.

Red kryptonite has unpredictable effects. White kryptonite does not affect Superman, but does affect the Bizarro Supermen, I believe.
