Knak had previously requested prayer for her beloved husband. He has liver cancer, and his kidneys have failed. She learned this morning that this failure is permanent and that he will be coming home to spend his last days with his family. She has asked for prayer that he will peacefully be ushered into the Presence of the Lord, and for wisdom in telling their 9-year-old son.
Please Pass this On!
Oh, what sad news. I'm so sorry knak. Prayers going up for you here and also on the main prayer thread.

We now know the name of the worker killed in a Tri-Cities plant explosion early yesterday morning.
Officials with Ross Prestress concrete company say 65-year old night watchman Curtis Davis was killed in the blast that leveled a reinforced concrete building, sending flames some 30-feet in the air.
Sullivan County Volunteer Fire officials say judging from the conditions they were faced with, the fact that it happened on the weekend probably saved more lives from being lost.
The exact cause of the incident is still under investigation.

This is the saddest news I could ever have expected to hear. Tears from me shared with Knak and her son. Bless Knak for her strength and give her peace of mind in this time of great hardship for her and her son.
Oh no. Prayers for knak, her hubby and family.
Prayers for comfort and strength for knak and her family. This is just unbelievably sad.
OMG K, I thought of you all night and am speechless

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
From the end of the earth will I call unto Thee, when my heart fainteth; lead me to a rock that is too high for me...
Prayers up! Dear Heavenly Father, right now, what ever the situation is with knak and her family, please make your comforting presence known to them. You have the power to heal bodies, and the power to heal spirits. You know each need already, we just come humbly to request that you let the river of your love and comfort flow freely into each person. In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen.
