Here are some things that still don't really pull anything together.

In addition there were quite a few astrology pages that came up. Some pages use the word "septar" to mean "solar" as in "Sun".

EarthX: There is a Connecticut company that sells drilling rigs, probe tools, drilling equipment, and supplies names EarthX.

I don't think any of the above links mean anything in relation to the info in your post so I'm still scratching my head over what the islamowacko are taking about. Hmmmmm.

Did the jihadis post this in English or Arabic? Either way, it looks like a bad translation from Arabic, so looking up specific words may not help much. I suspect the original text better translates as

Septar sweetly passed her lips over a lawn of golden jewels; tip of the ??? passes and she bled.

You might see whether its a passage from a previously existing Arabic poem. If so, the context may give the intended meaning.

Oorang, starting from your search I found that Septar is not just a U.S. Navy boat, but a specific type -- a SEaborne Practice TARget, operated out of Norfolk.

Ever seen the water at sunrise or sunset? it looks like a lawn of golden jewels. Lips? Mouth, as in the mouth of a body of water, like a bay or river.
