Did the jihadis post this in English or Arabic? Either way, it looks like a bad translation from Arabic, so looking up specific words may not help much. I suspect the original text better translates as
Septar sweetly passed her lips over a lawn of golden jewels; tip of the ??? passes and she bled.
You might see whether its a passage from a previously existing Arabic poem. If so, the context may give the intended meaning.

I'm not sure as it was from a post by British Chick from the TT site. I agree that is does look like a poor translation.
