Why the assumption that ALL of those provisionals go to Kerry?
Provisional votes are usually thrown out because they are invalid to begin with.
This is all a delaying tactic to deprive us of the pleasure of winning.
Only the dems think that way. It's probably pretty damn close to 50/50.
