Hehehe...
King County 0%
Precincts Reporting
Just because you don't have a Bush bumper sticker or sign doesn't mean you don't vote for Bush.
The Dimos have always made more noise. I vote, I send money. I don't go marching around the streets yelling and screaming and trashing peoples cars and Starbucks stores.
What's more important, noise or substance and cash?
Crawler across the bottom of my local channels say Nethercutt @ 65% v. Murray @ 35@. Same #'s for Rossi v Gregoire.... Not sure if those are Benton/Franklin county numbers (typically 70 % republican)...
Yeah, but no King County (Seattle and environs) in that total. Seattle would vote for Osama before Bush (and I'm not kidding a bit on that -- McDermott gets 80% there every election and he's MORE popular after going to Baghdad to suppport Saddam).
Regrettably, not a chance. King County has just started reporting and the lead is gone. Seattle and other liberal cities are in King County.

I pretty much followed your recipe: donations, support for local candidates, talking up the reasons for Bush with fence sitters, and voting.
Yeah, I did yell at a couple of Kerry sign wavers, but I was polite....well sort of.
