What is up with Vermont? They send a Socialist back to the House, and the same state that voted for Howard Dean sends a Republican to the Governor's Mansion.
I know the previous Vermont Lt Governor (a part-time job) was held by a Republican, Air Guard Fighter Pilot, and full time airline pilot (that is too many jobs).

Lt Gov Dubie is not in the Guard any longer. Vermont elects politicians for life, regardless of party. Incumbents never lose.

This state is solid RAT. The only reason they like Douglas is - irrational in my opinion. Been here four years and it's all libs.
