Hi Howlin, hi all
Locked in my barracks room, cooking burritos for some buds, and drinkin beer here. Ready for a long night.
For what it's worth--I have talked to around 18-20 people in my squadron (USN) and ONE was voting for the wrong guy. If my little sample is any indication, the military will go as it historically does, heavily for President Bush (Republican).
As an aside, they took our cable away due to costs, so all I have is the MSM and my computer. I'm counting on you guys to keep us posted as to what the cable networks are saying. Thanks in advance!

Howlin, I think I might be better off on your panic thread. I was out all day, and returned to see the exit polls going for Kerry, and I started to get the blamed vapors!!!! Just can't imagine that this trend will continue. The people in this nation are not that nuts!!!!!!!

6:15PM OH exit poll of Muslims. 200 interview. Support Kerry 95%-5%. Reported on WTVN-610AM.
No big surprise here.

Thanks for the thread...been on the phone. I know the alleged exit polls are more wrong this year than last year, and we started out so WELL today, until the chicken littles started blindly screeching doom. I'm terrified people who normally vote will give up.

FRiends, please keep in mind that everything was looking great until 2:00.
That's the hour the MSM saw it was necessary to pull a national "Florida" and call the election without the actual votes.
Why? To surpress our vote and enthusiasm.--Let's not give them this victory.
I want Bush/Cheney reelected....AND, I want the MSM relegated to the dustbin of history!

I live in a small town in VA (which, incidently Zogby just released is going for Kerry. Not true of course!) Had a really nice experience at the polls. We went there, no crowds, no one outside representing either party. One very nice, dignified man greeting people. After we had voted and were walking out the same man said "Thank you for voting today." We stopped to chat and he asked if we wanted a sticker - and pulled out a bunch. Had both Kerry and Bush stickers. We took a Bush one. Then he started talking about the local Republican candidate, of course guessing correctly that we were Republicans.
I was really impressed - He was being very fair, handing out both stickers. How nice we Republicans are! I did notice however...he had a whole bunch of the Kerry stickers left, many more than the Bush ones. Go W !

Well, here we are again, 4 years later. After what happened last time, I'll be afraid to go to sleep.
At least this time I won't have to change my name!
