From Karen At NRO:
Three Bush-Cheney types have pointed this out to me today: Several Ohio polls broke for Bush last night. Esp. Zog.
Voted at 6:30am in North Royalton a suburb of Cleveland. About 100 waiting in line when the polls opened. After voting, the lines were longer. Everyone in line was saying they had never seen the lines this long. Lawn signs in the area were about 50/50 Bush/Kerry.
LOL, I did that to 3 ladies at my polling place! I reported them for having on Kerry buttons. They had to remove them and were highly po'd!
The only thing that I can guarantee is that there are MANY democrats that supported Gore that just cannot make themselves vote for Kerry. As an elected union official for 17 years, I KNOW what I am talking about.
Yes, go Vitter (Louisiana)
Count us in Chere.
POSITIVE THOUGHTS from Cajunasian
How about ... Hair Apparent
How about ... NEXT!!!
How about ... Rudy Chow
The B&C camp isn't going to give the details of their internal date to the public.
The public polls are for mass consumption. If those polls, which aren't nearly as good as internals, demonstrate a break towards the President it's cause for an upbeat attitude.
It means they don't have to allude to internal polls mysteriously because the public polls are starting to finally project something closer to what they have anticipated.
Mais certainement!!
Let the good times roll indeed!
I worked the GOTV for 2 days in Akron. Made cash contributions to the campaign. I've been a nervous wreck all year, but somehow today I am more calm and confident of a W victory in Ohio and nationwide than ever. Thanks fellow freepers for getting me thru this
Hey Westerville, Pickerington was jammed this morning! My husband went to the polls at 6:30 and he estimated over 2000 people in line (some Columbus voters who live in Fairfield County vote at our precinct.) I have NEVER seen anything like this in my area.
Bastard
Oh how sweet that will be. Something tells me they will shut the site down though.
My beers are on ice.
My neighbor & I will drive thru the neighborhood with our Bush/Cheney 04 signs and honk every time we see a skerry/edwards sign in someone's yard.
I bet Iranians are antsy about now.
"And I hope we can snap up either NJ or MI, just for bragging rights."
And how about California!!
