Fox is now reporting that a DA in Philly looked at one of the machines and said that what appeared to be votes already cast in this election was in reality the total number of votes ever cast on that machine. There are 2 little windows with numbers showing on these types of machines - we have them here in WI too. So this may turn out to be just a misunderstanding.
The numbers of votes in question are in the hundreds and low thousands. These machines have been around for years and years and have probably seen tens or hundreds of thousands of votes. What this "DA" said is bullcrap and spin, trying to cover up the fact that the Rat fraud machine has been caught in the act.
