Are these new machines? The numbers are so low to make me not believe these are lifetime votes for a suburb in PA.

I thought I read that PA had new voting machines. 400+ would seem like an acceptable trial amount for ballots and voting machines. I also can see a use for having a second reading for ALL votes registered in all elections so they know when the machine is getting too old.

But all charges need to be checked out. If it has two readings on the machine and one is at zero and one is at 400+ then this sounds legitimate to me....just make sure the votes are tallied with TODAYS votes only!
