I thought I read that PA had new voting machines. 400+ would seem like an acceptable trial amount for ballots and voting machines. I also can see a use for having a second reading for ALL votes registered in all elections so they know when the machine is getting too old.
But all charges need to be checked out. If it has two readings on the machine and one is at zero and one is at 400+ then this sounds legitimate to me....just make sure the votes are tallied with TODAYS votes only!
So we will need a history of these machines. Have they been used in elections before. Is this the first time they are being used.
Wouldn't all the machines have at least that number on them? Why did they just question a few machines?
