Here's what I thought (post 159? 161?):

They could be looking at the size and thinking about whether he could get Laci's body on there, with anchors, and dump it. I read once that it would be hard on a little boat like that.

I don't thinking asking to see the boat means their deciding between first and second murder. They are still deciding if he did it.




It looks like I guessed right. They can't decide if he DID it.

After looking at the boat jury told Judge Delucchi they may not be able to come to an agreement.

IT LOOKS LIKE DEAD LOCK

Well at least it will not be Not Guilty and with a retrail the prosecution may be able to get more evidence.
