Sadly, I know far too many of them, they seem more 'determined' than ever lately, don't they? I live in Joan Chittester country. As of late, her errors are regarded as teaching all around my area. A convent near to me has suffered the results. Some nuns have gone feminazi, some just 'moderate', still in a modified habit but totally socialist, and others have clung to tradition. It has devastated their group, they are literally dying out. It seems there's no shortage of this kind of nun.
This kills me, especially when I think back on all of the old-school sisters. Being joined by sisters in their full habits in front of abortion mill prayer vigils was very uplifting too.
I think one of my young daughters may have a vocation, but I'm afraid for her. Where are the good religious communities?
The dissident orders will die out, but new reformed orders are flourishing and will take their places. That's one good thing about this situation. Even though the heretics are staying in the church instead of leaving as they would have done in the past, in order to suck its money and try to corrupt it from within, they are getting old and dying, and not many young people are converts to their views. Young liberal dissenters just quit the Church.
