More important than spelling south...is knowing where it is...and here is a trick that might save your life...and good reason to not use a digital watch...
Hold your watch flat like a sun dial...point the hour hand at the sun...and no matter where you are, or what time it is, or what the current magnetic deviation is...Half Way Between the Hour Hand and Noon is due South exactly...
If you are south of Lat 0.0.00...the same will find North for you...
Stay the course and know where your going....

AWESOME! Taking the enemy's territory sends a message to all the regulars who drive by there and noticed the leftist's missing. Good Job!

I've have been exactly at the spot where you had your sign. That was brass, hombre. Let 'em have it!

Come through Roseville & my wife and I are buying! You're a braver man than I!!
We live in Roseville and we thank God everyday that Placer County is the exact opposite of Marin. Not even one democrat on our street. In fact, I think democrats will avoid Placer County even if they have to drive 100 miles around it.

Great job my fellow American!
Here's a tribute to you and the many brave souls out there willing to make a stand ...
INVICTUS
William Ernest Henley. 18491903
OUT of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
To: antaresequity
Excellent! You are an inspiration to all!
God bless you and yours!

Please double check your spelling, you don't want to be 'Quayled'.

Great Job! Perhaps you have inspired a few to rethink their knee jerk following of the Lemmings off the cliff.
On Friday nights here in Eureka the Twisted Sisters in Black take over the corner of the Court House at 5th and Ist along with the "Veterans for Peace" group. At least they are passive compared to the Earth First crowd that tie up the corner from time to time...

It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul. Exactly! and might I add...to err is human...and to learn nothing from the experience is foolish...I am glad I have made so many mistakes...every one an opportunity to grow, learn and persevere

Truly admire you. Marin County is not only "ground zero," it also does a pretty darned good imitation of Dante's Eighth Circle of Hell. What you're doing is terrific.
Look forward to your next report. Take good care and God bless!

spelling is not a strength...and I ran through it twice on spell check...my bad...
By the way I was called a 'stupid' republican, and 'dumb as Bush' tonight as well...

To: antaresequity
The cactus land mines kept our sign alive overnight here in this RED state! Great job in the LEFT coast...keep it up!!!
