CONFESS!! (pre-election day tension-breaking vanity)
self

Posted on 11/01/2004 7:01:24 AM PST by TheBigB

CONFESS, FReepers!!

CONFESS your deepest, darkest, most shameful secrets here!

If we spend all day poring over polls and looking for any scrap of election info, we'll go nutz.

We've gotta have some fun. :) And we can't spend ALL day on the thread about German penis size.

CONFESS, I say!

Reminds me of the radio commercial that has... "I have dried my hands on my own dog", "I once moved to avoid cleaning my apartment".

Myself, I have 2 things. First, I killed a man once in Biloxi in 1985. It was by mistake of course. But no one saw it. I am only saying this as the statute of limitations has run out (or so I'm told). Boy, it feels good getting that off my chest after all these years. I should really write some kind of letter of apology to Ted's family. It was a combine accident - we often played "tag", but this time I was driving that beautiful piece of farm machinery and I guess I got a little too close. I didn't know what to do so I plowed that part of the field a couple of extra times. I told the authorities he made a beer run and never came back. It was on Halloween.

Second, I liked Pee-Wee Herman before he got, uh, caught.

I like Clay's voice and music.

I've seen the first 'Godfather' and parts of the others and don't enjoy them.

I love 'Star Wars' and 'Back to the Future' and Indiana Jones trilogies. The first of the series are always the best, imho.

I love disco. Even the bumpy Euro-trance dance stuff.

my brothers and sisters, I do confess before you that I:

- used to stack the "wild" cards in Candyland so my kids would never go backwards, in order to make the game go faster

- spent good money in September to fly to Chicago to see Devo live

- voted for Bill Clinton in 1992 (but not 1996)

I never slept with a democrat.

But my Okla family = all democrats.

But my mother and brother in law confessed recently that "If the truth be told, I agree with Republicans on many issues" They both said that.

I wish they would come on over to our side.

Please, brothers and sisters, bear with me when I tell you this: I LOVED O Brother Where Art Thou, and I thought Clooney was hysterical.

I second that remark...

I also thought Hillary was attractive once.(just once)

I never knew Katherine Harris was so hot until a month ago.

I do declare...there can never be enough Kournakova threads.

I have ABBA's greatest hits on CD.

I voted for Nixon in college. I'm glad I did.

Every democrat I ever voted for in local elections turned out to be a crook. I never vote for them anymore. No matter what.

I used to tell my kids that they WON so we could wrap up the game. We played Candy Land and Pizza Party and Clue.

It's true, I do love some, but not all, RAP MUSIC. Hip-hop and r&b, too.

And I love Jessica, but not Ashlee, Simpson. Brittney? Yuk.

This is a great thread, hilarious posts.

My first album was Barry Manilow's This One's For You.

And I know something about someone owning a certain Jacksons tour jacket...
